i hate royalmail i have had no post since friday,i have waited in as im expecting lots of xmas bits for the kids so i dont know whats going on there...i was hoping on my jl order too

Just a word of warning to all those who think they got houses from Boots earlier. I have a confirmation email and it states that I can collect it next Monday. I was contacting them about a previous order for something else which still shows as pending in my order history and they are saying they have no record of ANY orders for me. She even said I still have items in my basket and I need to checkout - there is nothing there lol! Oh well more money I have to wait to get back from Paypal. Like Maximouse said don't believe you have it until it is in your hands!

Came home to a failed delivery note from city link....twas my hammies form JL....returns note in it is for royal mail tho and the email they sent said sending by royal mail, either way i am happy to have a hammie infested household this evening!!

What does your order status say online? When I ordered from them before it went procesing then despatch (very quickly - I was impressed!)
