I've have actually cleaned my house today so haven't been around much - had a quick scan through but it seems pretty quiet today, hope character update with a message tomorrow!!

Was looking at the 2010 hamsters - Mum's off to Vegas in Feb so she will have a big list to take with her!! lol

I've had 5 retailers cancel my playset orders so far due to overselling/lack of stock; fed up too. Can't believe I missed them on Character...

When I checked my blah account 1 was canx 1 was pending
Got despatch email tonight for 1, account also shows as 1 despatched

I'm so frustrated as these retailers have honoured sales to people who ordered after I did. It's just so annoying. Wouldn't mind if I'd been too late but they obviously had stock when I ordered and gave it to peope further down the queue which is really bad customer service I think

Once the houses listed have sold out, I would advise keeping an eye on the website for a little while longer because they tend to go through the orders afterwards and if any need to be cancelled, then once they hit the cancellation button, then they are automatically put back on to the website.
