Good morning everyone, I've been reading the article in the Telegraph.

"Parents have been panic buying" er well that would be because when something is hard to get hold of and christmas is around the corner, we are going to try and get it when we can.

I got the full set for my friend's 2 little girls aged 3 and 4 and like you've said, one of each thing but 2 hammies and 2 balls. However, after thinking about it I realised that actually they didn't need 2 balls as realistically how often would both kids want their hamster in the ball at the same time? Especially as they have the whole set to play with. Just thought you might want to reconsider your ball situation (that sounds a bit rude LOL) which would make it far easier for you if you only had to source one. And before all of you start PM ing me about the other ball, that was a month ago, and I managed to help out another regular poster who had worked tirelessly to provide stock updates for others (with hindsight though maybe RRP was daft considering what they are going for on ebay now...oh to have the benefit of hindsight :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:).

Morning All!,
Popped out last night and in my local Asda sitting on the shelf were a Slide and Wheel!!!! I nearly wet myself!!! unfortunately whilst gaining these two little beautys I missed the bloomin hamster houses again on Horray, but you cant have everything lol - I am hoping more maybe listed tonight thou fingers crossed!

you know ive got a funny gut feeling that there are going to be alot of accessories on shop shelves this week i dont know why but seems very strange a influx of hamster but nothing else last week so maybe this week is the time to get those elusive add ons???

agree about the 2 of everything bit, I also think it is a good way to get little ones to share in a if you want the ball can I use the car scenario...although we only have a car and 2 hamsters....mmmm best find something soon...lol

There is a steady influx of people listing on ebay so there must be stock around somewhere for them to buy!

:kisses3: I would like to dedicate my 1000th post on here to all those on this forum that have worked so hard to help others to find the stock they need, I'm sure there will be hundreds if not thousands of happy little hamster owners on Christmas day because of you all. XXX

The wheel i ordered on play yesterday morning has changed to 'awaiting stock' like the surfboard from the 13th still

Morning all I am hoping that this will be my last post on her as I have finished my own hamster hunt now, and I really shouldn't keep reading or you lot will convince me I really need a ball and a bed and a slide and a skateboard too!!;) but if I spot any stock i will be sure to pop back and give you the heads up!
I did just realise something this morning, this thread is often so fast that I have been forgetting to press the thanks button for the hundreds of helpful and amusing posts I have read. I suspect that may be a common oversight as Maximouse the queen of hooray tip offs doesn't have a massive thanks count considering how many of us poor hammy hunters she has helped.! I am going back abit to add some thanks but if I miss you THANKS!!:T
