ATWITSEND - I was there this morning - got 2 hamsters. More hamsters tomorrow morning, but limited amount (less than today) and there was only about 40 today.

I was there at 6.30am, but most people started arriving at 8.15..... but dont forget they dont open til 10.30am tomorrow so might be worth a !!!! from 9am x

Please Please PLEASE read this post for how Play work. They have done this a few times with "in demand" items in the past!

Yup. I've always had great service from Play too. When I cancelled my slide last week, it almost immediately came up as for sale again on Play, so they are obviously selling pre-ordered stock. Most stock due into the country around now, so I suspect that if these orders aren't fulfilled next week we might be looking at after Crimbo now.:rolleyes: Especially having just read Kyresa's post....Cheers for the (if somewhat depressing) info Kyresa!

Hope they don't fulfill back orders taken after the earlier orders else i be spitting mad with em. :mad:

Hi Kyresa,

you are quite correct and my dealings with Play over several years have been very good.

However I think this hamster madness is causing unusual problems for these companies and I wonder if there stock allocating process is going to hold up?
