Had no internet all day because of the floods here in Cumbria so hope I havent missed too much! My son in law has had approx 2hrs sleep since Wed morning and is still in Cockermouth with the coastguard rescuing people from their homes and expects to be there til daylight!

Oh my god what a horrible woman!! I hate people like that. Just had evil thought that maybe she has her stick because the last person she spoke to like that decided to trip her up!! I'm so evil- I blame the hamster rage! xxx

Spoke to same woman twice who to be honest sounded like she didn't know what the heck was going on!!

I think I spoke to that same woman which is why I'm not counting on getting it. So hoping for all of us

Good for him - hope he's safe, and can get dry clothes / tea / hot food etc. And some sleep soon!
