question about affiliates

I don't do any PPC at all so I dont think it applies to me but I'm wondering if this means that I cant have their logo showing (meaning an affiliate logo) on the same page as their direct link (just a direct link to website, not an affiliate link masked to look like direct link)***** have updated their PPC policy to the following:-
We do not allow bidding on our brand name, variations or mis-spellings, display of our URL or direct linking to the site.
Those affiliates in breach of their updated PPC policy, please remove your links as soon as possible and adhere to their new terms and conditions
If you see what I mean ....

The PPC terms of sites are normally directed at people who bid on names/words and then advertise the site direct (using affiliate link),
example i promote daves dogs and i bid on the words daves dogs in google or other sites that use PPC, so when people see my advert using daves dogs and click through i would earn whatever commission is agreed but if daves dogs were to say i could not use the words daves dogs but i still did that would void our agreement.
Hope that answer the question i thought you asked.0
