They PMd me their links etc., after I had joined a couple I had a question but my PM was ignored and I havent seen them anywhere since ? Some people don't live on here 24 hours/ 7 days, people do have offline lives to lead

yes, thats why I havent just assumed Ive been led up the garden path and hope Im ok, BUT at the same time I am terrified (online propoganda no doubt) that I am going to suffer "identity theft", not that anyone would really want my debts at the moment, or an emptying of any money I do have access too. I can be incredibly naive at the same time as being quite distrustful ! I dont mean to insult or diss anyone unecessarily, so am just waiting to see what happens next, thank you for your input though:o

what makes you think you are going to suffer identity theft ?

could be a fake link asking from details to sign up for blah blah and when people fill them in you have given all you details away to scammers.
not that i have seen it before but i am sure it happens.

Could have been affiliate links ? You click on them and sign up and the person that sent them gets some money for joining you up ?

That is what I am hoping, identity theft happens so easily, you don't know it is happening, and it ALWAYS happens to someone else; I am all for supporting other people's honest links.:beer:
