It's actually 'harder' to swallow with your head tipped back. Go on, try it.....

ok, i was totally like u....then someone taught me how to swallow them and believe me, its not been that hard after that. Put the tablet on the tip of ur tongue and take a gulp of water and swallow straight away.....its amazing...hope it works for u as it did for me...

I was too scraed to put the tablet to the back of my throat incase of choking!

I had problems taking tablets when I was smaller, but not anymore, I take a mouthful of water, don't swallow it but put the tablet in your mouth though the corner of your mouth without swallowing the water. Swallow the water and the tablet together. the only was I can take tablets! Hope it helps?

Like Anna-Marie, I think it's easier to swallow tablets if you have liquid in your mouth first, so the dry tablet doesn't stick to the lining of your mouth.
