well it works, which prooves the unfortunate state that this world is in!
Got rid of himI'm glad I've taken more of a back seat. I know the advice was there previously but I think you have to get to a certain point emotionally, where you're not attempting to do it because you're hurt or angry, but its actually because the most part of you is just fed up!
So thats where I got to, and he now wants to take me out shopping on friday (day off and pay day, dangerous combo!) to get a winter coat. I've had a scoot around on ebay for something, but its a case of needing to try these things on, and if all was well, i'd buy an ebay one, then resell if it was no good, but dont have that luxury unfortunately!!!!
Given myself a £60 limit for a winter coat, which I see as quite a bit of money, but I want it to last thru next year too. Considering I made it thru last year without a proper one (yes with blue fingers and a persistent cold!), its about time. So technically it'd work out £30 per year, if I'll make it last next year tooNot too bad.....
Day off from my beautiful lovely shop today, I'm so proud of it, and myself I'll admit for getting there. BF said I seem so much happier in myself since joining there, I'm excited about everything and I've got back to what I truly want to do within my career path. So thats a happy thing....
So with my day off today, I plan to:
Clean out rabbit
Hoover the flat head to toe
Tidy bedroom
Post DVD back to LoveFilm
Washing up round number 2!
Make some muffins
Household shopping to do, like rubber gloves etc..... v.boring £5 limit for wilkinson!
Pay in two cheques to New York New York fund
Check online balance to see if Paypal has paid out yetWealth is not measured by currency0 -
oooooooh just got a mystery shop job too!

Have you got a TK Maxx near you? Sometimes they sell real quality stuff cheap. It might be worth looking at the "timeless classic" kinds of coats. They should last a lot longer than a year, and since they're not "trendy", they never become "untrendy".CAFCGirl wrote:Day off from my beautiful lovely shop today, I'm so proud of it, and myself I'll admit for getting there.
Good, excellent in fact. I'm just so pleased, especially given some of the burdens you've had to bear over the past few months.CAFCGirl wrote:BF said I seem so much happier in myself since joining there, I'm excited about everything and I've got back to what I truly want to do within my career path. Alternatively, you could just inflate a few carrier bags and pack out the space with those..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Hey CAFC I got a *LOVELY* coat in H&M two weeks ago. Super nice grey 'double breasted yet still cool' one for £50, I'd really recommend it if you have one in your area. Normally it takes me aaaages to find a coat I like...
Happy shopping!:A :heartpuls June 2014 / £2014 in 2014 / £735.97 / 36.5%0 -
Try Primark if you have got one close to you.....
I gets me £2.50 T shirts from there, and unbeleivably they wash better and last longer that my Fruit Of The Loom T shirts .....
Had a few other bits and bobs from Primark lately and it all seems top quality at rock bottom prices.
Nice to see you are a mystery shopper (who;s idea was that ?)0
