Well after a cheery night from ZTD, I woke up feeling rather sombre.........

Not that I'm not happy but I think the excitement about new job has worn off since I've got 20 days to go with the old one first!

Flatmate appears to have gone into hiding so still havent told her, text message (the BF suggestion) seemed a bit harsh!

So today is a day of housework for me, and no doubt mooching through MSE!
I've written up and sent cheques for the two outstanding utility bills, so October is going to be really tough! But at least that will bring me up to date with those!

Ah, if you can't moan to us who can you moan to! You deserve to be happy and relaxed at home, not stressed out and awkward. You're doing the right thing, you've given her the opportunity to change and she hasn't, you don't owe her anything more

You could always do something like "New Job, New Life, Soon, Now!" and colour in the letters as the days pass. Something to focus your mind.
