If the Aunt does put in a csa claim, you will be paying 1/3 to her and 2/3 to ex. Overall you will pay the same, but there may be a short period where you pay arrears to Aunt while paying less to mother to recover her overpayment (arrears & overpayment may be at different amounts which could affect you either way for a short time, although overall it will be the same total over say a year).
Personally I would write to csa explaining the situation - that way if a claim is made, you do have some scope to insist you should not be out of pocket whilst overpayments are collected from pwc.
An example of how it could go wrong:
pwc overpaid £300 and Aunt underpaid £300
pwc may repay at £30pm while you have to pay arrears to Aunt of £50pm
overall you will get £300 back and pay £300 out, just some months you will pay an extra £20 followed by others of paying £30 less0
