Nothing today – hooray.
It’s just so wet and windy and miserable in Kent today – boo hoo. Checked the veggie plots…the plants are all ok and sheltered from the worst of the storm – how wonderful....:p
Some of the veggies in the fridge are just a little past their best now so it was out with the Slow Cooker and in goes a Vegetable stock cube, one large potato, two carrots, two parsnips, two leeks, a chunk of cabbage and some chopped ham.....phew!...The veggies were chopped and cubed quite coarsely, salt and pepper to taste along with half a teaspoon of mixed herbs – how cool is that.. wey hey.... Its been cooking for about 4 hours now and smells delicious - hooray...:D
The £2 Coin Savers Club = £346.00 (£300.00 transferred to Savings a/c)
