What a timely post: millions zillions thanks to OP.

The firm that I work for gave all employees £100 worth of vouchers each last week as a special "thank you" for pushing up the firm's billing by (a very large margin). These vouchers can be used in Debenhams.

I happen to need out outfit for attending a friend's wedding in 2 weeks' time. Have been looking but not found anything that I liked.

So spotting this Debs shopping event on here is most timely indeed, as I managed to get a suit (jacket & skirt) and 2 tops for just over £100 (£102.40 to be precise) - with a 20% discount on the goods on top of my free £100 worth of vouchers, spending power just went that little bit further.

    Chuffed to bits now.

I bought a new flat a few weeks ago, and have been searching everywhere for a decent bed that I could afford. Popped into Debenhams yesterday and found exactly the thing I was after: great bed and very comfortable mattress for £740 down from about £1,600!!! Bargainous!!! With the John Lewis card I got the other day as well (0% for 6 months on purchases) not only will I not have to pay for the bed in full for 6 months, but I'll get John Lewis vouchers as cash back. Well chuffed with myself. :T
There may be no I in TEAM but there's a ME if you look hard enough!

I am in the process of ordering a double bed from Debenhams online and it says up to 25% off on furniture as part of the spectacular savings but when I get to checkout it doesnt show. Does anyone know if discount will be deducted or does this mean it doesn't apply on certain products?

Driving me nuts it's so slow - been on over half an hour refreshing pages.

    Thanks

    Julie
