Letter from OR about release as trustee

Just had a letter from the OR stating that they intend to apply for release as trustee.Is this a good or bad thing or something that happens to everyone??

Hi I spoke to the OR this morning about my ED and they said to me that they had applied for release as trustee, apparently it means they have concluded their enquiries and all the paper work so think its a good thing!0
