hi
I was made br back on june 4th and around the 15th sept I received a letter from OR asking me to complete a soa for ed.
I returned it straightaway and am now just wondering what the earliest date I could be discharged is?
I understand that ed is not guaranteed but was just wondering as it would be lovely to start 2010 discharged.

56/57 (ish) days after the OR writes the ED letter is about the earliest it can happen. In theory anyway.......
That is 3 weeks (ish) until the OR writes to creditors and then a minimum of 5 weeks for them to voice any objections. A few days for admin/postage etc...

thank you Fermi.
I contacted the or for a different reason around the time i received the ed form and they said I WOULD get ed before the year was out, but from reading on here I understand that is not always the case so am not holding up much hope!!Lead me not into temptation, I can find the way myself.

I got mine exactly 56 days from returning the forms although I wasn't informed for a further 3 weeks.0
