in Loans
i have recently left my partner and have taken some debt with me.. im in desperate need to clear it all so i can start a fresh life for me and my daughter.. im only 22 and because my debt is with a bank, i'm finding it hard to find somwhere willin to help me.. im only on benefits aswel but can afford re-payments up 2 £60 a month.. what should i do?? please someone help me!!!

It's difficult to help without knowing the full picture i.e. is the debt to do with a loan or mortgage? Anyway, if you can afford the payments you mention can you not reach agreement with your bank to pay this amount off each month as long as this is actually clearing the balance? Have you spoken to your bank about the options available to you? Once they know you're situation they may be able to offer you a solution after all you being with them is of benefit to them, but you also need something in return i.e. a good plan to get you're debt paid off as quickly as possible. I would start with your bank before going down other potentially dangerous financial routes.
