I have had enough of sleepless nights worrying. scavenging for min payments and recently being a terrible burden on my girlfriend.

We are moving in together next month and i dont want her to feel let down by bad debts and poor money management. I am determined to get rid of this debt sooner than later. I am on a salary of 16k atm with the choice of unlmited overtime.

I will psot a statement of Affairs when i ahve some more time but this is the sit rep of my current Debt

Natwest Loan - £5,552.12
Littlewoods - £1,184.95 (interest free)
Barclaycard - £458.43
TOTAL - £7195.50

As you guys can see some of you might not think it is alot but it is enough to burden me and keep up the sleepless nights so any help or tips would be appreciated. Ultimately i want rid of these debts within 2 years. Is this possible?

Thanks again uys. Its tough and strressfull but i will egt though it.

Well done on seeking help, its the first step.

When you have posted the SOA we can advise further.

Can you post up the interest rates of the other 2 debts, as its best to pay the highest one first.

With the loan, do you have any PPI on it, or charges such as late payments.

As always, maybe worthwhile seeking professional advice from CCCS, National Debtline, PayPlan or Citizens advice.

  • Hi,

I dont have the interest rates at hand no and im afraid i have had no charges in regards to late payments on the loan but littlewoods have charged me a few times for late payments on there account.

I will get a SOA done later on tonight and post the interest rates for The Loan and CC. I do know i ahve no PPI on the loan as i refused that but every oneht i make a paymebt of £128 quid they charge a radom interest around £80. that does seam alot to me?....
