Its still an electron card with a visa logo the key is in the card number this was confirmed by cooperative when i enquired some electron cards do work however if you label them up as a visa for instance paypal register your electron as a visa and it will work0

Ryanair still think it is an electron card as I got a return flight for 2p the other day, :-)0

I've been putting my coop cashminder visa debit through as an electron because thats what i thought it was, I was getting all sorts of problems and called coop to unblock the card three times, tried last monday to use the card again and it came up declined again. I then thought to try the visa button and it went through. Maybe I should have been clicking visa all the time and not electron, lets face it there's not one bit of wording on that card to think it's an electron, if I wasn't on this forum I wouldn't know anything about it still being an electron in disguise. Visa first time from now on.0

The electron card is hopeless, so many places don't accept the card.0
