Keeping Shelled Eggs

I've just inadvertently shelled too many eggs. Once broken, will they keep in the fridge for any length of time (and if so how long?), or is it safer to just chuck them away?
Thanks
Thanks

Hi stompa,
I don't know how long shelled eggs could be kept in the fridge, but you could freeze them until you need them.
