DMP and work - advice please...

Hi
I've currently got a debt management plan which *fingers crossed* all seems to be going smoothly! The only thing is I don't know if I'm going to be made redundant or not - I've been looking at new jobs which are nowhere near the salary I'm on so obviously if my wages went down then the payments to my creditors would go down. Now, if they were not to accept a new reduced payment and decided to go down the "take me to court" route would they be able to force me to sell my home (even though I don't think I would get anything after selling it)?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me.

I believe even if they take you to court and/or put a charging order on your house they cannot force you to move. It simply says WHEN you do move they get their money.

Or something like that! Hopefully someone will be along to help more soon.
