    SRM, really sorry to hear that about your friend, it must be awful for her and those around her.

    Pap, I'm tall and have wide shoulders and hips, so I can take a lot of weight and still be a 'reasonable' size. My long term goal is ideally getting down to 11st, which means losing 7 stone (I thought it was 6 then realised the scales were broken and I was heavier than I thought), I'm 1st8lbs towards that goal. My medium term goal is to get to about 13-14st. I try not to think about those though, it's way too much! So my immediate goal is to get to 16st, then after that it'll be another 7lbs and so on. I have to say you and Maz are being really inspirational!
