    Think Holland and barrats do some? Cant fully remember but my local health shop does, and some will order in for you

    yum to the nougat recipe. I haven't got a sugar thermometer, are they expensive? mind you lol I love nougat so not sure how much would make it as far as being a present lol.

    Hiya,

    I bought a sugar thermometer a few weeks ago from amazon which was £2.13 & is fine. It was the kitchen craft cooking thermometer if that helps.
