Contacting Natwest

OK a few of you may remember I was having problems finding out which debt collection agencies some of my debts were with. I think I have tracked them all apart from the one for my natwest overdraft.
BUT I have just had a bank statement through from natwest themselves which seems strange as I haven't had a statement through from them in over two years.
This has made me think that maybe my debt is back with them. Is this likely? I always thought once they passed the debt to a debt collection agency that was it?
Anyway, does anyone know what number is best to contact them on to discuss this? I don't have a local branch near me as it closed down shortly after I got into debt.
Any info would be amazing
Thanks in advance.

Not sure bout the number. I'd just phone the number you can find on their website. they'll soon enough tell you if it's the wrong one.
Natwest passed my od over to Triton 2 months ago. But I received a letter in the last couple of weeks from Shoosmiths solictors saying they now have it! I was very confused!
Weirdly when the lady at shoosmiths asked natwest they claimed they knew nothing about Triton having it. So I phoned Triton and it was apparently THEM that passed it to Shoosmiths but the shoosmiths lady didn't know this and neither did I! I think Triton are an inhouse DCA whereas shoosmiths are separate. but whatever the case they obviously don't communicate with each other properly no one seemed to know what anyone else was doing!
the triton lady did however say that even if you still pay them the money gets passed onto where it's supposed to! best to check this tho!
Sorry not sure that helped! Phone Natwest and ask what's going on! they are useless!DMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 261Debt at start of DMP (Jan 2009) = 46,147.86 Now = 36,826.98DFD = [STRIKE]Jan 2014[/STRIKE] May 2013 ([strike]60[/strike] [STRIKE]52[/STRIKE] 41 payments to go)NSD:Nov 12/12:jDec 9/10 Jan 5/10Slowly but surely:coffee:0 -
