Anyone dealt with Bristol OR?

If i do go down the BR route, I'm guessing my nearest OR will be Bristol - has anyone had experience with them? :-)

Went bankrupt through Bristol at end of August, they seem to be a busy office as I was 2200 odd of 2009. Only spoke to the OR once and they seemed to be nice enough. Paperwork took a few weeks to come through. Any questions, please ask.0
