anyone else waiting for poss ED?

I put in my new IPA form on aug 17 at exactly 24 weeks. Now at 32 weeks and have heard nothing, been checking the register and nada...

anyone else waiting? How long did it take other peoples EDs from ending the form back?

24 weeks, me....forms went in over a month ago.

remember though....even IF you send the paperwork back ED's still not a guarantee...depending on how busy your OR's office is at the time as it can be shelved at any time

all you can do really is do what your doing & check the insolvency reg when you can..

sorry, sideways off topic, I know, but......I emailed my Case handler at RTLU today, as per the email address on the RTLU letter, and it has been bounced back to me, undelivered.

now, either the email address is wrong...unlikely, as the IS bounced it back...or....I have had a change of handler, and don't yet know it?
CAn I email the RTLU in general,hoping the reference finds the right person?

Hmm seems strange....daft question I know but have you double checked the address?? I did have a similar thing happen with me the IS bounced an email back & it turned out the staff member has left the IS...

long as you enclose any refs numbers cant see a problem using the general RTLU email contact...it'll find the right person might just take a little longer to get a reply that way

Me and hubby went BR 05th Nov 2008, sent forms off in July IPA set for 01st Sept heard nothing I don't think they will bother with ED now so will get AD on 05th Nov

it'd be an idea...but sadly no indication I would imagine..as we all know no 2 or's offices are the same if one place started to dish out ED's like sweets the next week it could change in a flash with increased workload etc

(I did hear on the grapevine a while ago the IS were considering stoppi9ng the ED process alltogether because of the costs & workload could be better used elsewhere)

I think it would be best for everyone if the OR's had a set standards seems to me , they read there technical handbook differently and differnet offices have differnet methods . Personally with regards to expenses for example i think you should be allow £x pounds, and have to live within that ,then any surplas goes towards a ipa then everyone would know where they stand. I know i could pay something in a IPA though dont want to, but dont have to as my main income is benefits
