How can they be beaten with A1 tracking and matching all other cash back sites with their HCP?
Rpoints pay 50% and will HCP as you say, the HCP is reliant on people knowing about higher cashbacks elsewhere, On Rpoints Forum people arent even allowed to talk/post about so called "100%" sister site Cashback Kings let alone post about the words "HCP" or discuss higher cashbacks elsewhere, finding HCP claim form on Rpoints is like looking for a needle in a haystack, again not allowed to ask about it on Rpoints forum.
TCB pay 100% + up to 10% more depending on loyalty ( previous months transactions), so to sum up Rpoints pay maximum of 50% + HCP : TCB pay 100% + HCP + up to 10% more even on a HCP claim.
In addition I dont believe that Rpoints HCP on its 50% daily clicks ( For those who do daily clicks 50% difference over 365 days can be very substantial)

Also there are people on Rpoints with long overdue transactions waiting to be paid so what is good for some cant be good for everyone. ( Ive seen a 2005 member post about a transaction waiting to be paid after 12 Months, the convo was stiffled at birth told it must stay within the query system, the member concerned is also a long standing MSE member) Its good that you have been paid for every transaction as I believe that everyone who completes a valid advertised transaction should receive their Cashback which ever site they use.
As a Rpoints member it would be nice I believe to be informed of who actually owns Rpoints rather than just see who was the founder and who is the CEO.
Tony: If Rpoints are so good why out of 191267 registered members are Rpoints lucky to get 30 registered members on at any one time.( I could link the posts on the forum saying the same thing, as you are aware only those logged in would be able to view thost types of posts.)
Why is it Tony that the same two photos continually appear on Rpoints homepage????? ( never ever changes) Who are these people Tony ????????????? http://www.rpoints.com/

"We will secure the highest level of cashback on your transaction"
Why dont they just pay the highest Cashback thats available in the first instance rather than making people jump through apparent hoops in order to get it ????
"We will always be open and honest with you"
How can that be the case when Rpoints take every measure possible within Rpoints site to avoid people knowing about higher cashbacks available elsewhere and if a member mentions the words HCP on Rpoints forum they receive a curt PM warning message. ???????????????0 -
used to be a great site, however the forums are dead now. pitty it had a great follwoing but they lost it.
they opened cashbackkings but what they should have done is what quidco and topcashback did and went 100%0 -
I've just had a completely genuine transaction rejected, which was carried out over a year ago!
The transaction was made on 21st September 2008 at 3 Mobile for a USB Stick, costing ~£50 with £11 cashback.
Tracking was fine and appeared on my statement very quickly. On 28th December 2008, the transaction was rejected so I submitted a claim.
By this time, I had already put £65 worth of topups on the account (so it was definitely genuine).
And this is what happened:Rpoints wrote:** 6 Jan **
We are currently investigating your claim.
Please allow up to 8 weeks for this to be resolved, as we often have to refer these details to third parties to investigate on our behalf.
Thank you for your patience.

Unfortunately the merchant has rejected your claim on this occasion. However, as you have provided all the information required of you, and we have verified that you clicked through the site, we have referred the claim back to the merchant.
We are actively chasing claims which have been rejected without a valid reason, and can assure you this will not be forgotten. As soon as we have a response from the merchant which either verifies your claim, or provides enough detail as to the reason why the claim has not been awarded, we will update you.
Thank you for your continued patience on this matter.

Unfortunately we have not received commission for this transaction and will therefore be unable to award cashback on this occasion.

I'm not really very impressed with all this and the saga has put me off both Rpoints and 3.0 -
I Have used RPoints for years - and this year they have been as good as previous years - I just ask for cash to be credited to my ban account and in it goes. The only drawback is the delay between the actual purchase through RPoints, and my RPoints account being credited - this usually takes a couple of months. But after that getting the cashback isn't a problem
I used RPoints for big ticket items mainly, and and very happy - I just wish John Lewis was still on their site as I buy a lot from them! They removed themselves a couple of years ago I think - pity.0
