Any way to void / complete an IPA early?

Trom - my post was directed more to the OP than you.
He already has an IPA in place, so he may as well earn as much as he can over the next 3 years and keep any extra he's allowed to.
I agree if no IPA is currently in place then there's no point in taking a better job, as like you say you may as well wait a few months until discharge.BR 26th Jan 09 . . . Discharged 21/9/09 !!! :j:j:j0
