Ebay Debt

Hi all, jsut a quick enquiry.
A few months back I sold a few things on Ebay nad as a rersult had fees that were due. Between the period of selling and being due, I must be (could make excuses but what's the point) I just didn't bother withEbaying (lost heart after items didn't sell) and completely forgot about it as my email to my Ebay account is not one I suually use.
I logged back in a month later to find my account suspended and obviously stilling owning of the fees, which totalled £11. I paid these online only to go downstairs and find a letter from IQUR which must have arrived the same day. The figure they stated however was approximately £6 more than i had just paid to Ebay.
I contacted Ebay via their email help line tellingthem the situation and asking if I needed to cntact IQUR or take any further action and got a reply stating to the affect that they were happy now that the fees had been paid and nothing else needed to be done. Now i've received another letter from IQUR stating that I must pay the remaining £6 by the 16th of this month else they'll take further action.
Can anyone please advise me what to do? I know it's only a small amount but I am loath to pay something for which I do not owe. Any help appreciated.

Am I right in thinking that they have sent you a letter giving you 3 days to clear the remaining £6? OK it's only £6 but its the principle of the thing. Not sure who IQUR are as I've never had the pleasure of running into them before.
If I was you I would print out that email you (hopefully kept) from ebay saying they're happy with everything, staple it to the letter from IQUR with a big f**k you note (obviously not literally), trot off down to the post office, send recorded delivery, keep the receipt and head home thinking no more of the matter. Rinse and repeat if they keep bothering you and maybe get ebay involved as well?0
