*Leisure vouchers refused at pizza hut*

Hi all, I'm a bit annoyed as my leisure voucher was refused at pizza hut tonight. They said they have stopped taking vouchers around 3 months ago, however, we ordered last month and it was accepted fine.

It was hubby who went in, if it were me, I would have stated that we have used them after the 'three months they stopped taking them'

Anyone else had this problem?

I would comlain to their cs office. I've done this after gettin bad service at a few places and whilst you would probably rather not have had the bother in the first place, i usually got a refund or vouchers to the cost of the meal... which i know might not help if they dont accept them but you know what i mean....

Ohhh noo, I have a leisure voucher and was going to use it at pizza hut !!
I would complain.

do you know the customer service office address anyone? i never heard back off them when i had a complaint about bad service....

Oh i have 2 £10 vouchers i was also going to use at Pizza Hut.They are still advertising them on their website.

I used them last Sunday and yesterday in Pizza Hut no probs (and one's really funny with vouchers but they didn't bat and eyelid!)... apparently there stopping free refills too!!! So a jug of water it was!

I used leisure vouchers, luncheon vouchers and one of the 25% off vouchers from the Sun leaflets in our local pizza hut on Wednesday no problem, and had free refills

I used a £10 one a while ago & she had to check if it could be used, apparently they have been (quite rightly) not to accept Choice vouchers but some of the staff have been mixed up with this info.

I don't see how Pizza Hut can refuse to accept leisure vouchers.

Leisure Vouchers are issued by the Whitbreads group, and Pizza Hut is part of Whitbreads. So maybe Whitbreads are the people to complain to here? Also leisure vouchers should always be treated as cash, not as discount vouchers - there's absolutely no reason for not accepting them.

Pizza Hut are still mentioned on the Leisure Vouchers website as being included in their offers.

Funny thing is, I also received a £10 voucher because the local pizza hut refused to honour the sun vouchers along with their usual deals (like family feast) when they were suppose to.

So I find it funny that I'm having to contact them yet again. Maybe it's lack of knowledge with my local store?

I'll let you all know how I get on.
