Eyebrow threading

Does anyone know of a beautician who does eyebrow threading? I've got quite a wide area that I would be willing to travel to - anywhere from Ballyclare/Antrim/Ballymena, even as far as Ballymoney or Coleraine. So basically, from outside Belfast, to the North Coast !
I know there are a couple of places in Belfast, but I'm not often in the area, whereas all these places are quite convenient for one reason or another.
Here's hoping.....

Ravin Beauty, Antrim Rd, Glengormley do it and I think Chrysalis Beauty, also Antrim Rd in Glengormey (near the Sandyknowes roundabout) do it too.0

Number 6 hair and beauty in Ahoghill does it too,
Alison charges around £7 for this, I find it less painful than waxing!

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded in the Shavata Department in House of Fraser Victoria Square. They do a fab job, but at £24 it's not cheap!
Could anyone recommend a salon in Belfast (preferably South or City Centre) where I can get them threaded for less than this?
Thanks in advance x0 -
Folks FYI my OH has worked at various salons/day spa's including Radiance & Aura both of which are on the Lisburn Road. Without singing her praises too much as i can't speak from experience, she is as far as i am aware very good and charges alot less than the salon's themselves. Although she has currently left the beauty industry for office work due to the economic downturn and the fact that we have just bought our first home together she has kept clientel that she regularly deals with on a frequent basis. She is generally flexible to travel or alternative arrangements can be made. If you are interested, you can pm me and i will pass the details onto Ash and she can then contact yourselves directly.
ps i assume that 'threading' is waxing/plucking of eyebrows although i stand to be corrected.0 -
anita's health and beauty in antrim town, just up from the high street, 02894428875 across from harman's furniture.
gerry, threading is like plucking, but a piece of thread is used, it takes a lot of skill i imagine, basically the hair gets wrapped around the thread (or could be the other way round) and it is pulled out that way.0 -

No waxing involved in threading. Its an Indian idea where two threads crossed are used to pluck the hairs at the roots. Its a very fast and a professional is amazingly precise. Waxing and normal plucking does not even come close.
I heard the woman who worked in HoF now works for herself in Trade Secrets in Castle Court. No idea of the cost.0 -
