Sent 2 emails now, the 2nd one first thing monday morning and still no response! I guess that with such terrible customer service they must get so many complaints they can't respond to them all! I'll keep emailing though I want my samples!0

I've emailed 4 times now and still no response. I'm quite surprised at how much i'm able to keep my cool when writing the emails! Does anyone know of a phone number for them?0 -

I e-mailed on the 2nd requesting the pack, got a reply on the 5th saying it would be sent out and received it on the 6th. Don't get your hopes up though, only about 6 samples in there, nothing compared to the sample pack received with the free delivery + sample pack offer!0

I (finally) got my sample pack on friday after 3 weeks and 3 emails! About time!! There are some really decent samples in the pack, 4 10ml samples of Terax products and a sample of Kinerase cream which I love and am planning to order. Obviously not from HQhair though! I found a site called Slap it on which is great, has a lot of the same stuff as HQhair at similar or lower prices and FREE DELIVERY! Click here to check it out. Oh, and even though I did eventually get my sample pack I didn't not receive any response to my emails!0
