discharged but previous creditor still chasing debt

my Oh has been discharged in august this year but for some reasons previous creditor 1st credit and wescot are now sending out demand. so he send back again my BR order and pass the letter to his OR. he is a bit furious with the Or after sending out their detailand letter fomr his Or to send it bavk out to him stating
" the Or sent a report to creditor on xx september 2008.
if you have any further correspondence from creditor included in your Br i would advise that you send a copy of yoru Br order to them ( d'oh we havent think of this one already !) .
i t have tried to contact wescot who wish you to contact them. i would advise you also to contact 1st credit."
i am a bity perplexed by this as i though the Or was there to deal with reluctant creditor before sending out this letter to the Or office my partner gave them a call to which they ask to pass any future demand to them so why they are sending back to us the creditor demand. ... we are a bit annoyed at this rather short letter ..... ?

Take the letters, insert into shredder, use the finshed product for bedding.

Seriously though, I would just ignore them, for every hundred they send out even if only one person pays (wrongly) it makes them a fortune.0 -
that would be good but they do ring also how they got our phone number i do not know .... in the space of 4 days i have received 5 demand form 1 st credit alone .....BSC number 1830

If they phone then tell them you are recording the call (and actually do it!) that way once you tell them you are bankrupt you can record them breaking the law

This has happened to me, it seems a 'new' debt collection company have bought the debt included in BK (idiots!!) and are trying to scare me, i'm more than happy to keep ignoring them.Kat :money:0
