Advice on late delivery pls?

Hi not sure if this is in the right place, but i have made an order from cdiscount.co.uk on the 27th sept and paid postage of £3.95 for 3-5 working days and i'm still waiting.
I emailed them sunday and got a reply that due to high demand items went out of stock and they are awaiting new delivery and will get my items to me as soon as and i can either cancel or wait. But just want to know can i demand refund of postage as it was not upheld.
I should be entitled to something shouldn't i? or am i barking up the wrong tree?
