I'm assuming our partners already think we're strange for investing/wasting so much time on this forum, regardless of where our fingers are pointing. I know my gf has started to groan when she looks over my shoulder at our PC and see's the green banner and Martin's face beaming down at her. :rotfl:
It's incredibly addicted though isn't it?
Thank you for the compliment, the second in as many days I thinkbut sadly not entirely true. I'm sometimes rather surprised at my reputation for ''nice''. I think in reality I am (usually) courteous but not truely ''nice''. I'm certainly no saint, and have slipped up more than nce on the board! and while I make no effort to appear to be someone who I am not I think perhaps attempts at courtesy are mistaken for ...something more endearing

Does this sound familiar to anyone on this thread?
I reckon it does.
I wonder if that person knows the routine is a little too obvious? Not quite as clever as they like to think.
Yes,well within even the investigative powers of the Nigel Bruce/Dr Watson character in the old Sherlock films'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. Yes, that was the one dd kept banging on about.
We got 4.34, £600 arrangement fee, zero legal and valuation, 5 year fix, with HSBC, and are well pleased.0 -

Oh for crying out loud, it's like being back in the playground!
My son is dyslexic, he also writes shurly/surly, of instead of off, weather/wether...and he is neither Dan, Chucky or Really!
I totally agree with you, but after a long time of turning the other cheek, I bit. No one seems to talk about the playground when I'm the target. Why is that?
I also agree that my 'evidence' was anything but. I don't believe for one minute that DAN: is the same user as Really2. I simply wanted to show how stupid all these accusations are. I also wanted to give Really2 a taste of what it is like when someone makes up a load of crap and passes it off as the truth, and other people jump onto the bandwaggon and treat it as gospel.
It's not nice is it Really2? I hope now that we can forget the whole thing as you mentioned earlier. I also hope that I'll be left to get on with debating the economy without all the sockie crap.
Just to underline. During my 10 minutes of research I saw a LOT more evidence that Really2 wasn't Dan: and had to look very hard for the crap I came up with.
At least I have the integrity to hold my hands up, I could have happily kept schtum and watched other people take up the chant until Really2 and Dan: were totally discredited. There is someone here who does that and seems to get off on it. I'm even starting to believe that he is behind all the sockies that he then passes off as other people. What a nasty piece of work, but then the internet is a dangerous place.
No harm done I hope, Really2."I can hear you whisperin', children, so I know you're down there. I can feel myself gettin' awful mad. I'm out of patience, children. I'm coming to find you now." - Harry Powell, Night of the Hunter, 1955.0 -

Oh let me guess... that's me too is it?
You're a strange and dangerous bloke Jonny. I rue the day I ever crossed you on here."I can hear you whisperin', children, so I know you're down there. I can feel myself gettin' awful mad. My point was that all this argy bargy about who is who and who is also another who is all rather playground and at a level of my youngest son.
My futher point was to challenge your idea that no two dyslexic people will spell the same things wrong....and as proved, they most certainly do.
I wasn't just basing my post at your posts but also those that were biting back regarding the who is who.
Maybe I am in a grumpy mood today but it just seems so very childish to me...blame the bah humbug pre Christmas jitters from me if you will.We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0
