I swore at someone (who probably deserved it:D) and I had one puppet, 'master of sockpuppets', who rarely saw the light of day apart from a bit of banter....... and that unfortunately got me life ban, draw your own conclusions.

Where have you been all this time?
Are you the OP on here?

No, I'm only ever me. Sorry!

    Welcome back.
This time last year this board was still riding the crest of reporting crash Gordon's economy; that turned out to be a whole lot worse than I had foreseen.

Then we got the funny money policy, which has further devalued our currency against our major trading partners.
(Did I read somewhere that Britain sells more to Sweden than to China?!????)

Though this time last year there was no other sensible policy.

For the last 6 months we have been going sideways.
This board started tearing itself to pieces and as I cannot see where we are going, I stopped posting.

Perhaps we can get back on track and at least offer some guidance about what will happen next in our hapless land?
We cannot all do a Generali and jump ship.:D

    Welcome back,

    Harry.

PS I'm not much good on plastic hamsters - real live gerbils in a glass tank are much better value. (Caring for live pets creates responsibility and an in site into the hatching matching and dispatchings of life's cycle. When my little man got to secondary school age, the gerbils got replaced by "herpitology". Snakes are a sort of natural succession to gerbils in a glass tank:eek: - prepubescent boys can be highly intelligent and focussed - I think it is the hormones that make their brains go to mush and alcohol:rolleyes:.)

  • I don't think our rodent-loving cat and a real live rodent would mix well, apart from a rather drastic lesson in nature-red-in-tooth-and-claw

I got my little one the Gupi V3 guinea pig (mean as it seems to be the same price as the go go ones)
I believe it will be safer for him and the potential pet. Also no Poo.:)

Good to see you back and posting.
