Migration of cases

When a case is converted from old rules to new rules and is migrated to the new computer system , does it show an action of case closed on the data base at the time of migration?

dunno. But my case was moved to the new system csa 2 but still proceeds under old rules! (just to complicate matters).

How did you get your case changed from old rules to new rules? Or have you just been put from old computer system to new computer system?
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

It wasn't easy i will give a brief outline of why it was moved and how i acheived it. i pay for 2 pwc's. in the interim i payed both by private agreement one of them had a CSA case on the old system but the csa had ignored the others claim so we set the agreement so that both children recieved money from me.

When the 1 with the old CSA case decided to act like a !!!! we had to involve the ICE team tp secure some of the money for the 2nd child as the system wasn't capable of doing what it said in the booklet . so along with the ice team the head of complaints and a legal professional working on my behalf the case got moved to the new rules .

You have to make as much noise as you possibly can and throw there rules at them to make them listen

Personally I dont want to be changed to the new rules. Getting my case sorted out on old rules has been hard enough, I dont want things to go up in the air again by changing to the new rules.

It would more than likly just mean months of misery as they screw up time and time again!
