happy stretching:D0 -
Just a couple of questions - how many are you feeding and how big is your chicken? You should, quite easily, get 2 meals for 4 from a 1.5kg chicken plus stock and enough scraps for say, a risotto. Is this the kind of numbers you are dealing with?
Making 2 curries or chicken and veg in a sauce or a chicken and veg pie type meals will stretch it even further.
It's only a game

Hi Guys
Thanks for your quick replies. It's to feed two adults and 1 child and it's a 2kg chicken. What would be the best way to cook it to keep it moist and from drying out? Thanks for your help guys!
