Match Attax 09/10

Available now, but in Asda in addition to the starter binders, there are special 62 card boxes which cost £5 each, but scan at 2 for £8.

The best bit is that the boxes aren't sealed so you can see who is the end card - always a man of the match, or a rare 100 club one. We've just got 2 boxes, one with Torres 100 club the other Van Der Sar 100 club, when the card on it's own sells for up to £10 on ebay.

Loads left today in Warrington. You could make a decent profit if you sold it on, or if you keep it it makes it much easier to complete the collection.

Hope this helps someone. My lad is made up with Torres - not so Van Der Sar for obvious reasons!!!

We looked all over our Asda for these, and asked at the Kiosk (where the normal packs of Match Attax are sold) but the SA quite abruptly told us she knew nothing about them, and she'd had others asking about 'these boxes' too?
Where were they in your store please?

In Asda Huyton they're at the end of the magazine aisle, on a little cardboard stand.
I've noticed matchattaxoutlet.co.uk have the 09/10 cards already on sale too, there may be other sites selling them now as well? I haven't checked though.

In Warrington Asda, they were on a cardboard stand in the magazine section. Still some left today. Hope you find some.

Does anyone know where you can swap these cards online? My nephew has loads the same and it's not cost effective to list on Ebay, I'd just rather swap for the ones he needs. Thanks

You could register at www.swapstick.com
Its a bit time consuming, cos you have to list the cards you need, and all your swaps, but then you get emails alerting you to potential swaps. Saved me a small fortune last year!

Asda aren't but I saw the tin in Tesco today, I think it was £9.70
