Good evening everyone.
Have had some success with my creditors accepting pro rata payments. :j However had a call from Littlewoods today turning down my offer. They would only listen if this was handled by someone like CCCS. They have had my SOA so can see the situation.
I have sent several letters but just seem to be ignoring them. Anyone had similar experience. Any good correspondents links available to share?

Hi DEVONLIFE,
If you are determined to deal with the creditors yourself, don’t be put off by this little hurdle.
Continue to pay what you have offered to them and if they pass the debt to a debt collection agency then you will have another opportunity to negotiate your pro rata payment.

they will deal with you if you stick to your guns. I found CCCS to be useless according to them we were bankrupt and had no chance of paying the debts back.Their bad advice could have lost us our home for no reason.Barclaycard 3800
