sky tv queries

firstly, on the chat forum list of boards/content etc ... can't find any mention of SKY ??

putting "sky tv" in the search box comes up with nothing. ??

why not change the "telephones" board to telephone & televisions " ??

my query is .....

had sky for many years ... on one of the biggest packages . .....

if i now want to add sky plus ... what sort of deals are there ??? ... any offers...codes ....

can you get anything by threatening to cancel sky completely ??

in another house i've recently successfully got £50 via quidco for becoming a new sky customer ... any of the cashbacks apply to just adding sky plus to an existing contract ?

all help appreciated

Whilst I love this site to bits the best place to get advice like this is from the Digital Spy Forums.

I hope the moderators don't mind me recommending it.

I think the only way to get SKY+ as an existing customer is getting it as a multiroom so they will put your normal SKY box down stairs for example and then put the SKY+ box in another room, the price used to be £99 and £10 per month subscription charge but may have changed

I have heard of people threatening to cancel SKY and they seem to offer SKY for half price for 3 months but have not heard anyone getting anything different

You might as well give it a try as they can only say no
