New Dishwasher Needed / Fitted on BNPL

Hi - our dishwasher broke down the other day - gutted at timing, but not bad considering it's 9 years old!!
I am working abroad, so my wife needs some help - and I know that some firms offer to fit it / plug it in (it's integrated into fitted kitchen) plus take the old one away (don't mind if it's for a fee)
But I am also looking for a buy-now-pay-later deal (waiting for my company bonus to pay for it) as well - anyone know anywhere in UK that offer finance deal plus the fitting etc?
