help please,arrear advice

i recently got a reassessment due to pay review and 6500 per drop. come out with 1020 and had a protected allowance of 903 . since iwouldnt give my partners details they have rewiewed me at 11.60 per wk. but i now dont have a protected allowance any more. i owed approx 3500 and they were making me pay 180.00 per mnth arrears over a two perid from sep 08. this has been duly paid up till july of this year when i got my pay cut. leaving me with approx 2000.00 left to pay. what i want to know is the new assessment , will i have another two year period to pay or will it be assessed with the one year i would have had left to pay had i not had a reassessment, also is it worth my while calling them to try to come to some arrangmnt or am i wasting my time. Will the ice be a path i could take. also heard of some form to go to court for them to assess how much i pay, any thoughts
