finalising paperwork and a Q

I am in court tomorrow, so just finishing off my paperwork just wondered when i go tomorrow i am going to let them keep my life insurance and take a new one out, will be a little bit more but i can have one which runs longer, but going to pay to keep the one i hold and pay for for my ex as would be to much messing about setting a new one up...so Q is do i need to take the insurance details/paperwork with me tomoz or will they want it sending at a later date???

  • You don't need to take any of that kind of paperwork to court. All you need is your BR forms, maybe bank statements (last 3 months I think it is) or benefit notice (dated within the last month) if you are applying for remission of court fees. I took passport for ID, although I never got asked for any ID and of course you need your money for your fees.
