CCA and CCJ what do I do ?

Hi,I am sorting out a DMP with CCCS and I am in the process of issuing CCA requests out of desperation, All where posted out last week with one response that the account is on hold, Another returned with the cheaque that must be payable to the creditor not the DCA, even though the DCA is a trading name of the creditor. Just waiting for 12+2.
In the mean time I have a been issued a CCJ claim form and my 14 days to respond are up tomorrow.
My question is ;
Do I admit the debt on the Admission form which would leave me open for attack with the CCA route should that come to fruition ?
Do I file a defence claim or dispute the debt ? If so what should Put on the form ?
Even the forms look intimidating to me with Defence and Counterclaims ect its all a bit heavy.
Thanks MF35
