Im considering taking my complaint of maladminstration to the I.C.E. The CSA have already admited in both stages one and two that maladministration took place and that the blame lies with them. So hopefully it should be an open and shut case.
According to the I.C.E website
"If you want to make a complaint to the Independent Case Examiner please use the E-form", does anyone know if I can submit it by letter as I have several documents and recorded telephone calls which I would would wish to submit also.

When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

I have gone to ICE on 2 occasions, and you just have to write a letter to them, you should send any suppporting evidenc as well, as the CSA will not send all the information that ICE ack for if it is too bad!
The last time I had to send in letters that ICE had asked to see and the CSA did not have, and they were letters from the CSA so how could they not have them? They were just trying to cover themselvs, did not do them any good in the end!0 -
My complaint (submitted in September 2008) is now in the hands of ICE (since April 2009) - although a little slower than I'd hoped they do keep me informed of the situation.
I recently submitted a second complaint to the CSA and although ICE cannot become involved until a final decision has been reached by the CSA, I do copy them into all correspondence to keep them up-to-date with the situation - until this complaint can be handed over to them.
In answer to your question, you can write to them, and, as Blob says, submit all evidence etc as the CSA will only delay matters if they have to provide paperwork.0
