NRP got a letter from CSA saying that the ex wants to him to be re-assessed so they want his last two months payslips, i thought they only re-assessed every year and assess on what was earned the year before, as his overtimes not guaranteed so he wont know exactly how much hes earned until he gets his P60? (hes a compliant NRP and has paid without fail every month and has no arrears

There is no automatic re-assessment now. They would assess on his last 2 months payslips not what he earned last year.

If his overtime is erratic, ask the CSA to take into account his last 12 months wage slips & base their reassessment on the average earned. At least that will be a bit fairer than being based on a couple of months where his overtime may have spiked upwards.Donedoingdebt Lightbulb moment January 2000. Debt at highest approx £102,000.
