Sky please listen to your customers, who already pay a significant price for your tv service, we don't want to be charged for calls that often are due to your system breaking down (faulty boxes etc) Many of us have all in phone packages now, why should we pay additional amounts for calls to you. Your phone system often means people spend ages on the phone just waiting to speak to someone, and the calls are excessive. Proper customer service isn't fleecing your customers.

0800 0466434 still working today 12/04/2011 got through to a real person in 3 mins, cancelled and done! They offered me a free Sky+ box but decision is already made. Freesat for me.
