Memory foam mattress topper

I am looking to buy a King Size Memory Foam Mattress Topper. I have a spinal problem and my sister has recommended I get one of these. Am looking for a good deal, but I want to get the thickest I can afford. HELP !!!

Only get a topper if your existing mattress is in very good condition, as what is under the memory foam is very important also.
The optimum depth for memory foam is 2" to 2.5". Less than this and it wouldn't be enough to mould to your body. If the memory foam is too deep then you will just sink deeper into it. This can engulf you, making you very hot, and making it very difficult to change position.
The optimum density is 60 to 70kg per m3.0 -
