I've been using Simple for a while now but it's making my eyes very sore. Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm happy to spend upto £10 for a good one. tia!

i've used L'Oreal Dermo Expertise Gentle Eye Make-Up Remover for ages now. It's a liquid, works really well to remove all my mascara, etc and doesn't make my eyes sore (i find so many make my eyes sting). And it's cheap usually about £2.70

I love Ultrabland by Lush. It's a cream that you smear on then wash off. Takes off my waterproof mascara with no problems!Nobody I'd rather be

Thanks! Will have a go with both of them, Lush are usually pretty good at letting me have samples as well!I want a perfect body, I want a perfect soul, I want you to notice when I'm not around0

If you are wanting to spend a little more money (£12.50)..then Liz Earls cleanse and Polish is great for removing even waterproof mascara without any soreness at all. If you are wanting a cheap way Olive oil is a good option, preferably removed with warm muslin cloth. (See oil cleansing thread).
Simple products are not that great for me, they make my skin sore.0 -
I'm a fan of the Boots Expert Sensitive Eye Makeup Remover. It's £2.99 and even shifts waterproof mascara. I used to use Clinique's Take The Day Off before I discovered this one - very similar but over £10 cheaper.0

Superdrug do a Vitamin E one that's pretty good, and cheap too. I'm currently using Lidl's facial cleansing wipes (the ones in the pink packaging) and they whip off eye makeup a treat and cost only 77p or thereabouts0

I like the Boots essentials eye make up remover gel. It's the cheapest one they usually have but I think it's great, it has cucumber in and comes in a green bottle. I like it because so many of them are greasy and make my eye area go spotty.0

Thanks for all the great replies - will have a little wander into town and test a few out. Thanks!I want a perfect body, I want a perfect soul, I want you to notice when I'm not around0

I had a sample size bottle of Boots No7 Cleanse and Care Eyemakeup Remover and like the other reviewers thought it was excellent. Very light on the eyes and very effective. Being a bit tight on buying products now though and find the almond oil I now use as make-up remover, removes eye-make-up perfectly too!

Any of the oils will work a treat, sweet almond or olive oil (chemists do a really lovely one) especially on waterproof mascaras0
