I received a bill from empire stores yesterday with a £15 admin charge added on because i forgot to pay my bill last month, I only owe £20 on the account and the payment i missed was only £5, is there any way around me not paying the charge?
Thanks in advance.

Have you rang them to ask about the charge, generally if it your first charge if you call them with a reason then they will refund it... most companies will refund for what they call 'acceptable reasons'. These include things like illness, bereavement, not recieving previous statement, payment posted but not recieved. Pick one nd give them a call. if the advisor declines it is always worth asking to speak to a manager. They are generally more obliging.
 Good luck0
